Dwelling in the “secret place” or “seter” in Hebrew is similar imagery to being covered with his feathers in verse 4, or the shelter of his wings in other places. David could have been talking about the Holy Place in the Tabernacle or future temple, where the anointed Cherubim spread their wings out, and you are under the shadow of the wings. The Angel of YHWH, or Elyon the invisible God is the Most High Angel, who sits between the Cherubim on the Throne or Mercy Seat in the temple of Heaven, or God’s Throne Room.
