The Fellowship Table exists to gather believers around two things the early church never separated: sound teaching and shared prayer (Acts 2:42). It is a table, not a stage — a place where ordinary members bring honest questions about Scripture and honest burdens for one another, and where both are met with care rather than performance.
Everything the site does should serve one of two ends: helping someone understand the Word more clearly, or helping someone carry a burden they cannot carry alone (Galatians 6:2). A feature, a post, or a design choice that serves neither doesn't belong here.

That's the whole idea in one line: Bible study grounded in the text itself, and prayer that comes from real people carrying real burdens — not a feature, not a ritual.
The Greatest Commandment
When the Pharisees tested Jesus with a question about the Law, Jesus gave this answer, which became the foundation for everything this site tries to be:
"Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." — Matthew 22:36-40 (KJV)
Bible study here is how we love God with our minds — taking Scripture seriously enough to study it well. The Prayer wall is how we love our neighbor — carrying one another's real burdens. Neither one stands alone.
