What is the principle and what is the commandment ?

Matthew 6:33 In the book of Matthew there is a principles and commandment. Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

The commandment is “Seek first the Kingdom of God, and His Righteousness” and the principle is “and all these things shall be added unto you.”
